We use trusted couriers such as UPS, DHL, THPHR, and EMS. All shipments include tracking for your convenience.

Return and Exchange Fees

  • If the goods are returned for maintenance without prior agreement on freight responsibility, the shipping cost shall be borne by the merchant.
  • If the items are lost after being signed for, this is beyond our control and we cannot offer compensation. However, we will do our best to assist in locating the package.
  • If an exchange is agreed upon and it is due to merchant fault or product issues, the merchant will bear round-trip shipping costs.
  • If the exchange is not due to a merchant issue, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost while the merchant covers the cost of the exchanged item being shipped.
